Problem is folk post stuff like this get all annoyed but don't *actually* lobby their council for a new sign, THATS the key here. If it was just dirty then it could be cleaned easily but this needs replacement, get it reported. Then chase it up. Only then will you get the action

Hertfordshire County Council has many run down roads. The Tories lost control to the libs and I guess they will carry on where Tories left. Change the system. That’s how to fix it.
