@Mageba_wav Even with a healthy diet and hygienic skincare practices, you can get acne like this. I really wish people who aren't knowledgeable about this kind of acne would stop speaking. Everyone always rushes to "You're dirty!" It can be caused by medicine, pregnancy, etc.

@Mageba_wav Poor diet, too much dairy and sugar. Not properly taking makeup off, deregulation in the gut and hormones. Stress. Products used in hair, sprays etc hurting skin barrier. Lack of water. So much she can do to naturally just heal this. And medical grade lasers.
