What city is this?

PARIS, FRANCE 23 Rue de Suez, 75018 Paris, France Honestly... I thought it was in Africa.

Looks like Paris but really it could be any country that allows unlimited illegal immigration. It’s sad, our children and grandchildren are losing not just their homeland but their culture.

I thought it was Paris at first. Then I noticed two white people and changed my mind. Then I realized they were Algerians and think it's Paris again.
