I pulled my entire family off of food coloring, three years ago. My daughter was chronically ill with a tummy ache, headache, constantly angry… We were at the doctor so much and never once did the dr asked me what kind of diet she was on. I figured this out with videos on Instagram of other concerned mothers and I am ever so grateful. 🙏🏼

So why is the affect only on kids and not on adults too? Also if your kids are between 12 and 16 - it is 90 % changing hormones. And the younger ones knows something is happening to them but don’t quite know what so their own bad mood might even scare them themselves and make them emotional as they feel bad about it and knows that is not how they normally would react. Growing up is tough.

Amazing Red dye is the worst

The drinks full of coloring at daycare gave my son hives and crazy behavior, so he drank water from then on and never had another issue.

Maybe she should stop feeding her kids a ton of processed foods. Then she doesn’t have to worry so much about which color does what to her “honestly sweet” kids
