JUST IN: Los Angeles DA George Gascón calls for Menendez brothers to be resentenced. Gascón recommended that Lyle and Erik Menendez, who k*lled their parents in 1989 with shotguns be resentenced. The brothers claimed they were acting in self-defense after years of alleged s*xual abuse from their father. Menendez supporters, including family members, believe they would receive much lighter sentences if they were tried today. The brothers, who were 21 and 18 at the time, have served more than 34 years in prison and are currently in a facility in San Diego, CA. According to Variety, the brothers could be resentenced in the next 30 days by a judge.

This is why I'm picking the San Francisco 49ers to BEAT the Los Angeles Rams in week 1... - Having traveled to Australia multiple times, I think the Niners plan of attack getting there a week early and acclimating with the time change is more beneficial than what the Rams are doing. - The Rams defense has a bunch of studs and I like how they rebuilt their secondary, but are we expecting them to be elite right from the jump with so many new pieces against Kyle Shanahan? - The middle of the field I think can be exposed vs. Rams - Super Bowl favorites and a stacked team doesn't automatically mean the Rams are going to dominate everybody. 20 Super Bowl contenders the last 30 years have been +500 odds or better to win a ring. None of them have. - Rams have a star-studded team, but so do the Niners. #49ers

Good Morning America, I don’t want to leave San Francisco but I have to if I want to LIVE. San Francisco used to feel like the future. Now it feels like a cyberpunk dystopian social experiment. Open air fentanyl bazaars from 7th to 24th trading the collective stolen property of California for the cheapest fentanyl in the USA, stepping over government issued crack pipes, used discarded needles, cess pools of blood, urine and feces, women giving birth on the sidewalk, stillborns in public toilets, people living in sewers, people jumping off buildings, the morgue overflowing, bodies dumped in the bay and the constant threat of The Big Earthquake that’ll probably just finish what the politicians started. This sucks. How can I build a life for myself or start a family in this place? Not when fentanyl is showing up on the playgrounds and schools and all of the grocery stores are closing down and our local leaders want to give our kids gender surgery before they have even learned their ABCs and 123s… It’s all just one super Sam fucked up social experiment and I’m tired of the Soddom and Gomorrah hunger games. We have judges who release criminals faster than DoorDash delivers, cops who are exhausted from arresting the same people 47 times a month and a library system that’s basically a daytime shelter for drug dealers and the mentally ill. We have “activists” who scream about equity while ignoring the veterans sleeping on the street and the families fleeing the city because they can’t afford to live here anymore. We have dozens of secret societies and gentlemen clubs and yet nobody has the balls to fight to save San Francisco. $2 for fentanyl? That’s cheaper than a loaf of bread, a gallon of milk and a gallon of gasoline. San Francisco has reached terminal velocity in its economic collapse. When the a.i. bubble pops everybody will be screwed. Techys are being laid off because the ai and robots they built are replacing them and soon they will replace you and me too. The Full House days are long gone. It’s the Holodays and my Family used to go shopping at the mall in downtown San Francisco, I walked in Westfield yesterday and it was a Skelton Building and all the stores were closed like the Led Zeppelin song. It’s not just the mall, everywhere you look downtown are FOR LEASE signs. Between the humanitarian crisis and economic chaos. From the billionaire tech office to the third world conditions across the street. All of my senses are telling me that this is the epitome of human suffering and my once beloved City By The Bay has become a mecca for the destitute. New York, Texas, Arizona, Nevada, Florida, Oklahoma, Oregon, Washington, etc. are all shipping their criminals, homeless and addicts on buses to San Francisco. I’ve seen these groups get off the bus and heard with my own ears them saying “You can do whatever you want in San Francisco, they don’t care about anything.” The culture has shifted from peace, hope and love to steal, rape and murder. All around downtown San Francisco are “Missing Women” flyers and there are news ones every week. Nobody is talking about that. I go to get groceries and the store is being looted. Our grocery store is potted all day, every day. Nobody is talking about that. Even though all of our grocery stores are closing down. Nice “AmericaFest 2025” in Arizona, I’m on the frontlines in the trenches of California in the far left Lion’s den the ultra blue democrat stronghold Dante’s inferno San Francisco. I’m going somewhere I can wake up underneath the trees and watch the sunrise in peace where I don’t have to fear my door being kicked in or go to sleep to the sound of emergency sirens, where I can build a family, where I can actually contribute to something that doesn’t collapse every few months. Where the community actually appreciates my efforts and my energy isn’t wasted because of corrupt and incompetent leaders destroying everything I know and love. San Francisco, I’ll always love you. But it’s time for me to go…

while watching matz’s vlog, this part reminds me of san’s live the other day. while us fans sometimes would go through pcd, seonghwa and san expressed that even as idols, they could feel very empty after finishing a concert sometimes. after all, idols are humans like us who feel all sorts of feelings as we do. san further shared what it’s like to be in a state of high dopamine and how it’s like to have it goes down as much as it goes up, and how that can happen in just a short moment. they’ve came from a point where they had to share rooms to having their own rooms during tours. seonghwa said, coming back from a concert would feel empty if there’s no one. so post-concerts, they probably have their own ways to cope with the highs and lows of emotions: when it goes up, when it crashes down. idk why i’m sharing this but i’m just glad they all have each other during these times (and in all times too). seonghwa used to share that he, wooyoung, san and a fellow hyungnim who works with them would always gather together post-concerts. they would have a good time talking a lot, sometimes eating, sometimes snacking. i’m also happy to know that they got into some new hobbies and literally have fun exploring the places they visited. bcs to me, it would be crazily tiring to travel here and there, the travel time, spending lots of times in moving vehicles than on bed, having to adjust to different timezones, all those schedules— those things sound tiring even for me. so when i see them having fun exploring the cities, doing fun things, i’m happy that they have such enjoyable times! and you see, that’s what matters more to me: that they’re in a good health, happy and have some rest when they could. they’re just human beings like us, who feels all sorts of feelings, who treasures these little memories more than anyone else, who works hard nonstop, whose life has bright days and cloudy days too and that’s okay. that’s how humans are. and what they also deserve….. is a lot of respect and understanding too. because they’re not some characters scripted to satisfy everyone. their life isn’t some tv shows with episodes. we always say “idols are humans too!”, but i wonder if that phrase itself is understood differently depending on people? to me, it’s as i said. i love and respect them in ways i only want to see them grow better as a person, who live with lots of smiles and laughters, lots of the feeling of peace, fulfillment and that they’re always healthy. as a fan, i think that matters to me more than anything else 🥹💕

This is San Francisco in 1985. I miss my grandparents. I miss all of my family who are no longer here. When my grandparents came to visit, we would go to SFO to pick them up, and no one was ever happier to see me than they were. This was back when you could walk right up to the gate. I was always excited to see if this would be the year I was finally taller than my grandma. Having them in town was the best. The meals my grandma cooked for us were amazing, and their stories were always just as great. We would take them to San Francisco and do all the touristy stuff like North Beach and Fisherman’s Wharf, but none of that really mattered. What mattered was that we were all together. They’ve been gone for years now, but I think of them often. I wonder what it would have been like to talk to them as an adult, to connect in a different way than I could as a kid. I guess life isn't really designed that way for everyone, to grow up and have those deeper conversations, to understand who they were beyond being your grandparents. But I have gotten to know them in new ways, through old photos, home movies, and the stories other family members have shared with me. It amazes me to think of the full lives they both lived long before I was ever born. If you still have your grandparents, give them a call. Say hello. Learn as much as you can from them while you still can.

If that investigation finds that VA staff failed to follow law or policy, Veteran Action demands accountability. 🧵Difficult Post Many already know but My car was vandalized twice in San Francisco during these Tesla Takedown protests. I've missed work, and now it's becoming difficult to keep up with bills and repairs. I just need to be able to work 😞 Asking for help Long version. What happened? The second vandalism was less expensive but much more scary. A man smeared feces all over the backseat of my vehicle. He was a man dressed as a woman and much larger and stronger than me. I'm only 5'1", but I really don't think it's a good idea for me to argue with someone who's already clearly deranged. The first attack on my Tesla was during a Tesla Takedown event in San Francisco where my windshield was broken. This man targeted my vehicle and had a getaway car. He hit the windshield with something that caused the glass to instantly crack. It was so expensive to have the feces cleaned, but I continue to work with the broken windshield (no choice). I have to work to replace this expensive windshield. Because I am in California, I cannot afford to mark "yes" to the question, "Have you had a loss in the last five years?" It's now time to renew my policy that I cannot renew with a broken windshield because they require pictures. I can’t work without updating my insurance with the vendors. To make things even better, the patients have been refusing my services and making false claims against me just because I have a Tesla. I have been a five-star, top-tier, perfect non-emergency medical transportation driver for two years. I only began receiving these false complaints in the last two months. I understand it's easy to say, "Leave San Francisco," but it's much easier said than done. I have been working in the Bay Area because it allows me to continue to provide for my family in these difficult times. As soon as I save up, I am out! All of the damage, missing work, and piling bills are getting heavy. Why are these people so violent and evil? How does hurting my family hurt Elon? If you are able to help, I greatly appreciate it and thank you so much. If not, I totally understand that these are difficult times for everyone.
