I believe you get Alligator Gar in the Missouri. They can get up to like 10ft 300lb so could be one of them. Could also be a big paddlefish or a big Catfish.

I would guess sturgeon or bullshark Shark depending on how far it is from the ocean. More than likely a sturgeon since a shark fin never broke the surface.
