It’s a very old Soviet made mobility scooter for disabled. I’m not kidding! Two round handles under the wheel are gas and brakes IIRC. One cylinder motorcycle engine, but for someone who rode a tractor before losing leg all must be familiar Simple but working contraption.

There will be some redneck from Alabama that fits one with a 427 and makes it work. Give it a month.

Everybody hating on this thing, but it was build with the cheapest resources in mind, and still runs after decades. Try that in your 2026 BMW which will probably be in the scrapyard within 10 years.
