I’m shocked a lot of people here really do not see another angle to what played out here. The younger knew that if he won it may not end well for him. So he fooled around with the last one until the older one won. He knew that regardless of the outcome he will still get a share of the price. What I see here is culture. I was thinking, maybe he always wins so this time he wanted his friend to win. A win for one is a win for all. See how they shared the prize happily. And he didn’t hesitate to finish up as soon as his friend did. Set your people up for a win, enjoy the rewards with them.
