Highly unhygienic. I love my cats, but I am not about to contaminate my food with any potential parasites of microbes that can be carried by them. Consider that that the cute kitten does his business in a little box and doesn’t clean his paws after.

Honestly I would let my cat drive my car,do my taxes etc.Letting him eat food from my plate is barely an issue.

I let my kitty drink milk from my cereal bowl or cup when I drink milk. Not an issue.

I thought it was cute when my boy was that size also, although I never let him freely eat off the plate I was currently eating. But at 15 lbs and a big grown boy now, he’ll literally try and take the food out of your mouth mid bite. You’re creating a monster sir 😂
