I appreciate the effort, but you have to understand the team's history and how to tie that into the rebrand, not just use the Washington Monument/Spear as tertiary pieces. This is what I would do, but again just another designer from the DMV with his two cents.
Restore the Redskins name and logo now.

Better than the current garbage but I would ditch the W altogether and lean into the spear.
Perhaps one of the most iconic, greatest logo in all of sports. But leftists hate native americans and, history, culture, and cool stuff.

The most beautiful helmet in NFL history is the Redskins helmet with the chief logo. We need that back.
