I appreciate the effort, but you have to understand the team's history and how to tie that into the rebrand, not just use the Washington Monument/Spear as tertiary pieces. This is what I would do, but again just another designer from the DMV with his two cents.

Better than the current garbage but I would ditch the W altogether and lean into the spear.

The most beautiful helmet in NFL history is the Redskins helmet with the chief logo. We need that back.
