That hairdo sure takes me back to much younger days.. The Chelsea haircut- it’s pretty old school actually, very common for girls in punk/alternative/skinhead circles in the late 70’s & 80’s… Bear in mind, "skinhead" is not limited to White pride/power beliefs (for those that instantly associate the word with that), the fashion and lifestyle was shared by many once upon a time, and was also very closely aligned to the Ska scene…The word was pretty much synonymous to being a working class youngster. Think of bands like The Specials, Madness, The Beat.
