Looking old is natural and normal. Looking like a young lizard is not.

A little plastic surgery can sometimes improve some features about a body for the better but 95% of the time, it doesn't and changing your looks when you're already attractive is dooming yourself. You'll look weird after that and not very attractive. It seems to age people too
