What do you think about this answer when I asked about approx $100 Million in spending from 2023-2026 to simply “develop” Climate Change Programs? If it’s $100M for just programs, how much would it cost to implement them! How much of this spending would you cut to lower taxes?

She couldn't answer a simple question about what Calgarians are receiving for all that investment. Just a bunch of generic nervousness. Pretty much every answer yesterday from most departments was "it's in the works". Do they not have deadlines like every other business?

I bet firing would solve lots of problems in many departments with runaway budgets with very little to show for it. My wife is an auditor and finding waste is her specialty. She'd LOVE to get into City's books.

Axe all yyccc Climate Change research and programs. Get the provincial gov to determine the “climate emergency” emergency declaration was a gross overreach by the mayor and rein in the city.

Nice non answer. Your coworkers don’t have a clue as to what they are doing. I know this much. 6,7,8,9% increases in property taxes every year is NOT SUSTAINABLE. Wake up @JyotiGondek !
