They should be almost undetectable because they are all different machines and to block running many copies of a game from one ip will make tournaments impossible to run.

Cs2 needs the player count + skins market Without the skins market, the entire monetary incentive disappears Valve benefits off this in more ways than one

valve have no willingness to ban all of these case/armory pass farmers as farmers said, valve usually banned certain amount of their bot accounts before big game updates also farmers pay daily/weekly for the prime/armory pass, valve lack enough motivation to ban all of them
