there is tube (impella, implant ) inside LV going through MV and restricting PML causing severe MR

Vegetations on mitral valve >infective endocarditis

Misplaced chest tube inside the LV

@ecgrhythms All cardiac chambers are dilated with huge calcified mitral annulus with MR and TR and D. Septum indicates pulm HTN , put all these together I guess LV is not compacted ,,, NO compated cardiomyopathy.
