I have fired people on the spot for just a fraction of that kind of disrespect to customers. They say jump, you ask, how high?! I have also scolded other people's employees. And yes, never disrespect the elderly or a veteran. Period!

Great intentions, just wee tiny bit of a temper. Just, like, a tiny little smidge.

I believe you think you're in the right, but you're totally in the wrong. You disrespected and assaulted a young man! You should be banned from that location! If you were a larger male than me and did that to me at a job, I'd be making sure you were banned from that store!

Next time tell the worthless worker. “I strongly suggest you help this man”. And dont take your eyes off of him. Then ask him to go with you to see the store manager. This stuff is wierd now. Be careful. They have no problem jailing the free thinkers

I want to go Christmas shopping with this guy. It would be an adventure. He must be fun at fast food restaurants. But, he is right. Customer service in today's world sucks. I am glad he came to the aid of the elderly man.
