They don’t pay $43 an hour starting and working 12 hour days/60 hours a week with no overtime is trash

Your math needs a little work. At the very least you’re paying yourself for a full years work but you only work - essentially for one half of the year - therefore your pay is roughly half of what you say or about $87-90k annually.

Not only are you doing 13 swings not 26. But you are putting an average of 8 hrs per swing of overtime in and not getting paid overtime pay for it.
