I think maybe you’re just skipping over the fact that in the court, they stated that he walked up to him said something and then he walked away. He told police that he was reaching for his pepper spray, but there was no pepper spray, so which means he was lying about what he was reaching for, and he posted that he was gonna leave a dead Nager on the pavement.
