What does empathy at work look like?

Very relevant for the current fast paced competitive world, where people are just running for numbers, sales, volumes.

Probably need to not have a sociopath as a boss for this.

You won’t remember the work you do as much as the people you do it with. Start treating others as the most important part of work, because they are!

Scary how the first scenario has been so normalised Thousands of so called "leaders" out there acting like this Having a bit of empathy in this cold world will put you apart from the rest

Such a profound difference with such a minor change in wording. Going to work on this. I've been told I'm not very empathetic :( Time to fix it.
