My opinion is that in mer’s head Jen had to (at the end) face the music and she’s paying for her wrongdoings whilst Angie is still very much hating on meredith. So in my opinion she feels like AK hasn’t “paid” for her crimes (mer is a lawyer and thinks like one) same with monica.
