What does Project Blue Beam have to do with 9/11?

The biggest thing that gets me about this theory is the noise of the plane. If a hologram projection, how does the noise of the plane work? Because if videos of ppl there that day and of real eye witnesses you can hear the planes that came in that day. How does that work?
