Raddysh is a FA July 1. He could have signed with Toronto anyways. Getting a 5th for a pending UFA is good work. Bolts have $13m in cap with Kucherov, Holberg, & other UFA/RFAs unsigned. With Hedman returning he wouldn't have had the same output. Leafs don't have a Hedman, so he makes sense for them.
