"Why hasn't anyone been arrested!!!" Because most of that spending was legal. It may have been absurd, nefarious or even unethical...but still legal. This is why the Trump administration has fired so many people and why they have frozen funds.

100% Its almost biblical in how evil it actually is. Forcing people to work to pay for their own destruction and condemning them for noticing seems like one of the levels in Dante's Inferno.
