Why is no one talking about this?

For one, the person narrating doesn't know if that's a secret service agent or not. Most likely not. See the guy wearing glasses on the left? That's Secret Service. He rushes off when shots are fired.

Sniper did not have permission to shoot!

He was a staffer moving people away from the podium because you're not supposed to move that close to it. Literally happens all the time. Especially at concerts. It's sheer coincidence that at that very common moment that the attempt was made. This conspiracy is nonsense.

That guy is needs to be identified, rounded up, and questioned

IF he is Secret Service. He could be a campaign staffer. See, starting off with an ASSUMPTION is dangerous, you build off an assumption and create a narrative without being positive of the foundational elements. Does it look odd? Yup. But maybe he just doesn’t want to be in photos or videos if he is a background guy just working for campaign. Absolutely things seem off here but just saying all the speculation and internet sleuthing is fun, generates content… but imho I think we should all be just a bit more cautious… make it clear it is a theory only or something.
