🚨 FRANK HAS ENTERED PARTIAL DIABETIC REMISSION 👏 Frank’s weight loss of over 230 lbs from his all time high and physical transformation garners most of the spotlight. But maybe even more remarkable is how Frank’s A1C was a deadly 11%+ & has dropped to & maintained a pre-diabetic level of 5.7%. I didn’t even know it was possible, but Frank is steadily beating his diabetes toward “complete remission”. He was literally on death’s doorstep and is now in “partial remission”. ~34 million Americans are battling diabetes and it’s rising. ~88 million Americans have pre-diabetes. Frank can be a massive pain in the ass, but it’s hard not to find his story inspiring. Anyone can do it, and Frank is the living proof. He started at 47 years old and has potentially added decades to his life. Congrats, Frank. Keep pushin’ 6/11/23 Frank takes his pills w cake:

John Bernthal reveals Marvel had to convince him not to walk away from Spider-Man: Brand New Day. "My concern was... how does Frank Castle possibly fit into this?" "I'm enormously protective of Frank... and what he stands for." "That was a real question for me." "It was a concern for them too." "We set out to make it believable that The Punisher could walk out of one of those TV-MA shows and onto this set." "I think you're going to get that."

🚨 WEIGH IN 33 🚨 •290.8 pounds (ATH 530+ pounds) •Frank has lost 250+ pounds •We’ve officially hit the “Diet Wall” Any health journey will have setbacks, include moments of adversity, and ultimately hit walls. Frank’s journey is no different. The important thing is how you RESPOND to setbacks or moments of stagnation, opposed to wallowing in it. Frank has bounced between 278-292 pounds over the last 6 months. His step count remains well over 20K per day and he has been lifting weights 3X per week since Arnold taught him how over Christmas break. Frank has put on significant muscle and looks great, but he can still lower his BMI. And he’ll need to before going forward with a potential skin removal procedure. To break through the wall of this current 278-290 pound plateau, Frank must level up his discipline on diet. The good news is Frank is completely honest about his eating habits and owns it when he messes up. No excuses. No denial. We have talked it out at length how Frank is learning the hard way that at a certain point, you can’t out walk or out lift a bad diet. The challenge going forward is Frank channeling the ferocious discipline he has applied to his exercise regiment and to his diet. Frank will never be a salad guy (or humus) but he knows he can make better decisions throughout the day and night from baseline meals to snacks to drink choices. This wall is going to be extremely hard to break though, but I know Frank can do it. Just gotta take that sledgehammer and start swinging. The first few hits might not even make a dent, but with consistent pressure and focus THE WALL WILL FALL. Time to lock in. Anudder weigh in in the books

🚨QUESTION: Frank Turek SPEAKS OUT At UVU Yesterday And Again Says He Was Facetiming His Kids—Why Won't Frank Turek Release The FACETIME Video and Metadata Proving He Was Actually On That Call?🤔 Listen to this unbelievable audio of Frank Turek speaking at UVU. He just opened up a massive hole in his own story and made a jaw-dropping statement on the very campus where Charlie was taken out. Turek again states that at the exact moment the shot rang out, he had his phone out. He then tells the crowd verbatim: "I actually had my phone out because I was signaling the shooter." Was just a joke or a low key admission? WHERE IS THE VIDEO, FRANK? Turek has repeatedly used the excuse that he had his phone out because he was FaceTiming his wife and kids when the tragedy happened. Okay, Frank. If you were actively holding your phone up and FaceTiming your family at the exact second the shot rang out... where is the video? FaceTime calls can be recorded, and the metadata of the call log would prove exactly when the call started, who answered, and how long it lasted. If there is nothing to hide, release the video or the digital logs. Let the public see the raw, unedited data from your phone at that exact moment. Admitting your phone was out and active, while there are legitimate questions about whether you were actually watching a live drone feed—what you explicitly referred to as "signaling the shooter"—and then refusing to produce the video evidence is beyond suspicious. Release the tape, Frank Turek . What are you hiding? 🇺🇸⚓️

The part of Frank Booth in "Blue Velvet" (1986) was initially offered to Willem Dafoe, Harry Dean Stanton, Steven Berkoff, Richard Bright and Michael Ironside. Some of them turned down the role as they felt the character was violent. One day, Dennis Hopper called David Lynch and said, "David, you have to let me play Frank because I am Frank'." That phone call scared the hell out of David Lynch and so Hopper was cast in the movie. David Lynch on the character of Frank Booth: ""Frank is totally in love. He just doesn't know how to show it. He may have gotten into some strange things but he's still motivated by positive things." Frank, to me, is a guy Americans know very well. I'm sure most everybody growing up has met someone like Frank. They might not have shook his hand and gone out for a drink with him, but all you've got to do is exchange eye contact with someone like that and you know that you've met him." (Quote taken from thecityofabsurdity(dot)com) P.S: Remembering Dennis Hopper on his 90th birthday!

Frank Cairone 🤝 MLB Draft Combine Cairone with a great showing last night at the MLB draft combine. Showing off why he is one of the top rising LHP prospects in the class of ‘25. Ran his fastball up to 94.7 and showed the SL that worked up to 82. Two big reasons why he punched out 94 over 44 IP this year for Delsea HS. 🔥 Let’s go Frank!

Chair Madlanga was very hard on Col Padayachee that when he says he never saw a Sec 27 Referral Affidavit, what exactly was he investigating. Earlier he told him that seemingly what they did at IDAC was going out to investigate with the hope that they will find some wrong doing. I actually think that's exactly what it was. A witch hunt. #MadlangaCommission

FRANK TUREK: CONTORTIONIST & CPR EXTRAORDINAIRE? Frank Turek is asking us to believe that: 1. He was able to climb through a small opening over the back seat while the SUV was speeding away—yanking and banking! 2. He performed emergency CPR in front of Brian Harpole's face that Brian doesn't remember, in a cramped space with no support under Charlie's torso 3. Then once they parked at the hospital, Frank awkwardly contorted himself back through the small opening over the back seat to climb out the back of the SUV...instead of just exiting out the side as they unloaded Charlie. Do you believe Frank, or do you think he's just yanking your chain and banking a payoff? Let me know where you're at on this one.

🚨 I believe I discovered something that can be added to the timeline and could potentially conflict with Frank Tureks’ statement of going on a walk with Charlie around 8pm MST on the 8th. On Sept 8th, 6:15pm - Roughly 9:10pm MST the Vikings v. Bears game airs. The following day, Sept 9th, Charlie appears on The Charlie Kirk show, and per his emotional rant on the Bears loss, it is clear that he was heavily invested in this game, specifically, the second half. Charlie stated that he was screaming at his TV and “woke up everyone.” I can only assume he is talking about his children here. Remember the game ended at roughly 9:10pm. The second half of that game would have indeed, eaten up the entire 8 o’clock hour. Per Frank Turek— This was a “long walk.” Do you believe Charlie could have fit in a “long walk” with Frank at around 8pm, all while watching the second half of the Bears game, which came to a close, again, at roughly 9:10pm?

Kodai Senga on what was going through his mind seeing Tristan Peters' walk-off home run go out "It's a moment of realization that I'm in a position where the game could end potentially in one pitch. It just dawned on me again that's the role that I'm playing in right now"

🚨 WEIGH IN 36 🚨 283.6 (ATH 530+ pounds) Down 250+ pounds overall A1C remains at “normal” level As Arnold’s team told Frank, his progress is no longer measured by rapidly shedding weight as his body goes through a full recomposition. Instead, Frank is reshaping his body inside and out as he gains significant muscle. He has progressed to the intermediate level on Arnold’s Pump Club app and is keenly focused on improving form. Arnold’s team also gave Frank some tips on basic food options and ways to mitigate empty calorie intake (and limit spices). It’s crazy to think Frank’s blood sugar (A1C) was at deadly levels for years but has now been in a “normal” range for 18+ months consecutively. Anudder example of Frank’s insane body transformation is how he has to buy new clothes every couple of months as he experiences what I call “reverse puberty”. Today, he shopped for new pants with winter coming. Frank used to be size 69. The pants that fit him today are size 48. What a journey. Anudder weigh in in the books

FRANK TUREK & THE MYSTERIOUS DISAPPEARING FACETIME (and why it matters) First, the facts: You can clearly see Dan Flood's arm & bracelet on Frank Turek's phone screen. It's not possible that it is a reflection nor can it be direct filming from Frank's phone, which eliminates FaceTime. The only alternative is a separate video feed streaming through Frank's phone. I theorize it's from a little drone zipping around, but I'm not married to that idea. Regardless, this video evidence must be grappled with. It's definitive. I'm not saying Frank has committed a crime. Streaming a feed isn't a crime. I'm not saying that it even has anything to do with death of Charlie. What I *AM* saying is that Frank alleged he was on FaceTime and that's simply incompatible with the video. This discrepancy must be resolved. Details matter. At least 3 other reasons this matters: 1. Frank alleged his phone was stuck on FaceTime in his back pocket until he was back at the hotel after being at the hospital for hours! But if it wasn't on FaceTime, what was really going on that whole time? Why did he claim that? 2. Who was controlling that feed? Is there a recording? It could contain important evidence to help solve the crime. 3. If it was a drone, why was it there, and who was controlling it? Not Frank. Not the security team. Not Mikey. Not Terryl. Not Blake. Who? This video evidence could end up being a nothing-burger, or it could be the tip of a massive iceberg. That's why I keep hammering it. Like, retweet, comment:

Blog 152 🚨 Weigh in 4 🚨 Before #FrankWalks, Frank had not been under 350 pounds in over 20 years and was 500+ pounds in 2016. Here is his monthly progress: Before ##FrankWalks : 383 pounds Weigh in 1: 373 pounds Weigh in 2: 352 pounds Weigh in 3: 343 pounds Here are the results from weigh in 4: ◦340 pounds: Frank has lost 43 pounds since we started walking (128 straight days) ◦Average step count: 10K minimum by end of walk (used to be by end of day) ◦Diet: Incremental improvements continue, no set plan just Frank vs Frank. Examples: less soda, smaller food orders, less junk food / snacking, more BodyArmor water - this is the biggest challenge ◦Physical changes: Frank’s mobility, flexibility, endurance, and energy continue to improve daily. ◦Sugar levels remain in the green zone. Last year at this time his A1C was at 9.2 it is now down to 7.5 ◦Frank can now fit into 3XL jerseys for the first time in 20+ years. Stairs are also becoming less of a burden for him. For example, he said entering the ring at RNR 23 was easy unlike the past Thank you to Tank’s Army and beyond for the relentless support. Frank is trying to show the world that anyone can change their health and habits with consistency and incremental improvements rather than extreme unsustainable action. Frank is down 43 pounds since we started walking and the formula has been simple: we walk everyday and don’t stop until Frank hits 10k steps + incremental improvements on Frank’s diet. The secret sauce is NO DAYS OFF. And as Frank always says, “If I can do it, you can do it.” I think my favorite part of weigh in day is how quickly Frank moves on from the good news. He is like Kobe Bryant, in a constant state of “Job’s not finished”. Off to Chicago this evening. Anudder weigh in in the books.
