Conservative justices faced serious death threats after a full draft of the Supreme Court’s Dobbs decision was leaked to the public. One man was even prosecuted for attempting to assassinate Justice Brett Kavanaugh. Mollie shared with me, “Never in the entire history of the court has a complete draft decision leaked. And it was a massive deal.” Chief Justice John Roberts promised a “thorough investigation”, but that's far from what happened.
