Faceit supermatch(premium) hasnt changed since csgo. The only problem is that the elo is more clumped up.

Yeah I think the biggest issue is the elo reset. If you are 4k you get reset back down to like 3.1k and 'lose' 900 elo, but if you are 3k you 'lose' like 50 elo. So everyone will eventually just be 3k elo even if there are huge differences between the two
