What the h*ll ? Having to get the father’s permission? This is 2024, not the 1950’s !! That’s the young man’s mother, for god sake !! Something really stinks in that county and state feds need to investigate.

The Mayor of Henderson (1st black, 1st female) posted a statement a couple of hours ago.

Regardless of the CoD, it's wrong that the mother can't identify the son. Totally smells fishy to me. Not saying there is anything wrong, other than the behavior of the authorities, but that's bad enough.

You need to check with a lawyer. I think you can ask for or demand an independent autopsy. If he was at the walmart - where is the security footage to show that? Demand that from walmart. Get a lawyer now.

So he drove a semi truck for Wal-Mart, they could confirm if he made his delivery...they could confirm he went into the store. Something is not adding up. I feel like an outside agency should do the autopsy not local medical examiner's.
