What happened to this version of Odegaard?

He’s faced low blocks for far too long most of them forgot how a quick counter works

Genuinely don't know what went wrong man 💔

@afccags My captain Fell off so bad

Injuries guys, don’t forget that please and you’re not helping with the social media insults on here

Midfield dynamics changed. He's has more responsibility now with less talented players. Was better with Xhaka, Jorginho and Partey

When we have a less skillful DM that cat turn defense into attack, receive ball on a half-turn and create space for the attackers, then we might never get this type of Ø anymore. Zubby is a good DM, but with what he’s played so far, but still lacks technicality of Thomas

Players fall after hype

He is still better than your midfielders

We are no longer granted the space where he used to shoot from outside of the box

Haters don't care when he does these things no more that's why. Vs Everton he was doing things only one video I seen of it so haters don't want those clips out there

Partey leaving make him to come deep

This is a 4-2-3-1 system where Arteta favoured attacking football. He played as CAM where he would create chances across the central half and didn't drop deep. Now it's a different mechanistic 4-3-3 and he's playing as a RAM and drops deep.

I think as a club we need to do better with judging our players . Gotta support them no matter what I don’t care ! The manager is doing it so why can’t we ? Morgan rogers struggled until he came back into form . Support works

He's now the following: 1: A square-pass merchant 2: A saka-only passer 3: A wing-play merchant 4: A no-striker seen passer

This was 2022/23 season when Arsenal was not feared. Teams left themselves open; the year we spent the most part on top the league. What changed is that teams now sit in a low block; EPL teams respect us more and therefore it is difficult for ode to find those spaces unlike the previous seasons. There’s a reason Arsenal have won all their 6 games in UCL. UCL team think they can go toe to toe with us.

He's afraid to tackle or put a leg anywhere there's an opposition player. Afraid to shoot or pass a tight pass to create an opportunity

Not sure you will ever see this version again. He is declining and that version was his best. Time for Arsenal to move on by end of this season.

Mid player

I thinks is just a change of tactics that affected his games, recently he dropped too deep, receiving the balls from the full backs and not being able to contribute too much to the attack. Primarily the work is suppose to be done by Zubimendi to allow him focus full on the attack

Just the pression to deliver, now arsenal aren’t any more here just to challenge, with a better squad which needs to lift some trophies, he is over thinking every decision, and he does had some big games, keeps the ball too long, makes the wrong decision.

He needs six games to get back into rhythm The best example is Saka: he was injured last season and again in September and it’s only started to click since the Wolves game For about ten games he was decent good but not great Now he’s getting his spark back It’ll be the same for Ø

Nothing went wrong, teams underestimated Arsenal then, thought it was business as usual, which brought out the best in most of the guys. Haven't noticed that teams defends differently while playing Arsenal currently. Stop victimising your players, they are working hard.

That Ødegaard is gone.

Imagine if Gyokeres was fed.

He wasn’t that good

I watch him every week he's not injured man.

His fitness is not back yet. Calm down

We will be back

He has been mid right from time

He’s busy running back to take the ball off our own defenders when we are attacking

Misses Lacazzete

Our players don’t make a lot of runs like these anymore

Totally of 0 players behind the ball, we were not respected at all here, MØ has runways of space to work through

I genuinely asked myself today..when was the last time he was MOTM..or even top 3 players on the pitch?!

Injuries might’ve brought a burden on his mentality. He’ll overcome it as he gets more games under his belt, don’t worry. 🙌🏽

Same question every day
