But, Jill Miller (tuneupfitness) completely changed my perspective. Soft tissue tools that don’t trigger the body’s stress response ended up being far more effective for me. Less bracing, more release. If you’re always at war with your nervous system, you’re not giving it a chance to do the work it’s designed to do.
