Blacks are just grossly incompetent, this has nothing to do with migration. I was in the West Rand (Western suburbs of Johannesburg) a couple of weeks ago and the vegetation just grows on the side of the road. To be honest, after living in the U.S. for five years, I could even tell the difference between a McDonald's managed by Black staff versus White staff. Everything about the experience was different.
