Just pound some zero calorie energy drink. It’ll curb your appetite. Eat the yogurt at the time you ate the pizza. Replace the oatmeal cookie with two cigarettes. Chug a bunch of water before dinner and you should be on your way to a new you!

4k calories deep and still didn’t make it to dinner and whatever else comes after that. “See, I don’t eat that much!”

5pm to 9am must be a caloric catastrophe with zero movement.

Let’s normalize NOT putting ourselves eating on the internet. Who wants to watch the gluttony?

I have a hard time understanding why people think they have to eat and snack throughout the entire day. You don't need food to function eating 1-2 meals a day is more than enough to sustain yourself.

You actually don’t need to eat every minute of the day. I eat once every two days and I’m perfectly fine

Every time she eats, she's triggering insulin and insulin is a fat storage hormone. She'd be better off eating foods higher in protein and lower in starches and carbs, and taking long breaks in between meals (no snacking). Fruits are not the healthiest option for obese people, but perfectly fine for metabolically healthy people.
