My take: As long as PH is married to MM there will be no reconciliation because there can be no trust. Next, no one is going to trust PH as long as he is tethered to MM and erratic. No one is going to trust a man who cannot own his mistakes and apologize meaningfully to his family. Then stop the attack and consistently demonstrate he is now a man of action and his word is his bond. If all of those things happened, I could see William and Catherine sitting down with PH, the problem is I see Harry never doing the above. So it’s just pie in the sky and articles for clicks bait.

Betrayal can never be forgiven. Once you've been betrayed by someone you love so dearly to the degree Harry betrayed William, even with an apology by Harry, you cannot forgive and trust that person ever again, so enough with trying to make like there's a chance. Absolutely nothing has changed in Harry being in the pockets to those who wish to undermine the British Monarchy, and it's never been just a family rift.

Doubtful that there is any way back to the way things were. Harry had trampled on his family, blamed them and the press for his own actions, betrayed their trust and privacy for a quick buck and attention, far too often for them to pretend this all never happened. Him running around and doing all of these fake royal tours is only making things worse. As he is utterly disregarding what the late Queen told him not to do. The only way forward at all is for him to make a public apology and eat nothing but crow for his behavior and lies. Even if he did this, which I find highly doubtful, he will never be welcomed back to be what he once was. If Willam has any sense and respect for his family name and what they represent, then Harry will never be a working royal again.
