Casually vibe coded Trevor Noah's latest website "Books" page using Fable 5 😍 I really loved the effects and animations on the website and immediately wanted to see if I could recreate them with AI. Pretty close in just a couple of prompts, isn't it? Everything is built in Three.js with no 3D assets for the books. Claude built the whole thing using pure math and animated it nicely with GSAP. Feels so realistic and close to real book. Pretty fun to see how close you can get to the kind of work agencies charge thousands of dollars for, just by describing what you want :D Live: Code:

Mortal Kombat Shaolin Monks is known for being one of the greatest adventure games of all time, but what a lot of people missed was its unique PvP mode. This game gave you the ability to get very creative with combos and there was nobody better at showcasing this than CHECK. These short clips demonstrate the many different ways you can build your combos and how you can use the stages to alter your combo routes. This was just a fun game mode that was never taken seriously by players, but it is cool to see how much detail went into it and how much the systems inside it allowed you to express yourself. If we get a 3D Kollection, including this game is an absolute must. This game is what you would refer to as "lightning in a bottle".

The combat is by far my favorite thing about this game. The music… maybe a little. It could be better. The voice acting is excellent, and I love how they bring these characters to life. They’re doing a great job portraying their personalities and struggles. I especially love Koleda and her not so mecha battle against that unknown monster. She’s a construction worker, and seeing her use the construction machine her father built for her to defeat that monster was so hype. I love her. I can’t wait to play more of this game!

I thought ZZZ was just a chill and cozy game with all the goofy vibes from these characters, but it does get serious when it really wants to, and I think that’s what makes it so fun and easy to get into. Do you know why I love Barcelona? Because only in Barcelona can you stumble into all of this in one single Saturday. We started at Palau de la Música Catalana for Madama Butterfly. It's the only concert hall in Europe lit completely by daylight, through a stained glass dome built in 1908. After we walked outside, we noticed a big gathering of people, so we headed to see what was going on. A helicopter was circling the Cathedral square, dropping thousands of small poems out of the sky. Half written by Catalan poets, half by Chilean ones. I didn't know what it was at the time, but I researched it after, and it's a one-time art project called "Bombardeig de Poemes," marking 50 years since the end of the Franco dictatorship. Then, a few streets over, we found the Kiss mural. From far away, it's two people kissing. Up close, it's 4,000 individual photo tiles, each one sent in by a local back in 2014. Had no idea what it was, but apparently it's one of the most photographed spots in the city. Finally, ended the night at the Magic Fountain in Montjuïc. Built in 1929, it's free every night it runs. None of this was planned. We didn't look any of it up beforehand, we just walked into it. That's also the annoying part, you can't plan a day like this. This is why I'll never get tired of this city.
