Been living with MS for a few decades. Found LDN (low dose naltrexone 3 mg) within months of DX... It seems to have at least stabilized me... It helps orchestrate the immune system (lifelong allergies remitted), no colds/flu/cv19 since, MRI confirms stability... Best I could hope
