Confirmed. Unlike watchOS is no option to flip the orientation of the outer display of iPhone Duo in iOS 27.1 to accommodate left-handed users. I mirrored Apple's video to give you an idea of what it would be like if Apple provided this option (except text would look correct and position of Touch ID would be different). Interesting though that you can move the UI slightly for a case.
