I don’t think SARS care to reduce debts of RAM, that would not benefit SARS at all cos SARS wants their R14m owed in taxes. The fact that SARS is owed an amout close to what Nurkovic is owed and they are still selling the club says they just want fluid cash on their account

One would need cash flow to run the club and pay off other debts too. So it’s just not that he can covert his debt to equity or something but he’d need lots of cash for the day to day activities of the club.
