WHAT IF THE $300K WAS NEVER ABOUT THE DEBATE? Here’s a different angle worth asking. Andrew Wilson reportedly put up $300,000 to debate Candace Owens, and Patrick Bet-David moderated the August 14 showdown. But watching it, Andrew looked strangely underprepared for somebody willing to put that kind of money... on the table. So what exactly was $300,000 buying? Because the debate took place inside Candace’s personal studio. Now I want to be clear. I have seen ZERO evidence Andrew, Patrick, or anyone on their teams planted surveillance equipment, compromised her network, or collected data from devices inside the house. But from a security perspective, access matters. If multiple outside production teams, electronics, cameras, microphones, laptops, phones and networking equipment enter a private residence, you better know exactly what came in and exactly what left. That isn't accusing somebody of espionage. It's asking why anyone in Candace’s position wouldn't treat the entire event like a security problem. Especially when the people involved have spent months maneuvering through public accusations, negotiations and media narratives. Maybe Andrew simply paid $300K for a debate he barely prepared for.
