Yet when an estimated 1 in 2 people are getting cancer Govts aren’t interested in working out why they just want to spend time & money on diagnostics & pharmaceuticals. The truth is there is no profit to be made from healthy people. Our food, water & air are all contaminated.

I have 200+ peer-reviewed publications and assure you cancer is in part a genetic disease. You will not find a cancer without genetic mutations. Diet/exercise might affect risk of certain cancers but will have minimal impact on cancers caused by viruses, smoking or ageing.
