Forget WHAT Think HOW There is no water after Hathnikund bairaj, 99% water being transferred to UP, Haryana and 1% to delhi which mixes with direct sewage dump from UP, Haryana and Delhi. All 3 contribute equally to make yamuna a sewage nala.
