Thank You So Much Senator Siriake Dickson. The Burden Of Proof Must Be On INEC! Simple✅ It's a very pathetic and painful situation. INEC would just wake up in the middle of the night and announce whatever it likes as a presidential election result without showing anything about how it arrived at the figures it announced. Then when you go to court and present your own evidence, court will insist it must come from INEC otherwise it's invalid. I don't understand. I took someone to court and the document that must be admitted must come from the same person I took to court otherwise it's invalid. Make it make sense. Hope you are aware that up till today, that INEC has not provided how Tinubu won the election. They just wrote figures and announced. You even heard it from the senator himself. INEC could not up till today provide Labour Party with the form EC8 for Lagos state. So INEC could not show the world how Tinubu got the votes in Lagos and other places. So, I love this if it can pass and if Tinubu will agree to sign it into law. INEC must show how candidates win and prove it too. Aisha Yesufu has also said this on an interview sometime ago.
