It is recommended that you check the backend data and user feedback. How is it possible that a single update manages to ruin both models at once? V5 has also become absolutely terrible. I really don’t know what’s going on internally with your team.

It's probably the tone you use when you take people's money, but they can't use their subscriptions. Paid annually for Premier but only have access to free models. I've tried web, iOS and Android. Nothing works. Suno support is non-existent. Called, emailed, hit up on X. 0 help.

Any chance of a response for ticket #2645-6903, waiting 4 months now can’t access pro after paying for pro for full year, no emails back and was in top 5% of users last year, someone please help. @suno

That’s pretty bad honestly. Charging people and then leaving them without access for weeks isn’t acceptable. I’m already getting no response, not exactly encouraging.

I love using Suno, vocals are great now, using our own voice: super fun… however, creating instrumentals, which is like 90% of what I make is terrible with 5.5… I guess we just use v5 for instrumentals??? Sigh

Please fix your cookie settings. You currently have it labelled "do not sell my personal information", but turning the option on actually enables targeted cookies. This is incredibly misleading and needs fixed!
