Definitely wasn’t the facts 😂😂😂 I’m a firm believer Runtz originated from very early Gelato 33 packs that went around the Bay at that time ppl found the seeds popped them and Ray and Lb called it Runtz 😂 I remember the very first jar drop with the red labels and they used the exact wonka logo 😂😂 there ain’t no proof anywhere that I’ve seen or heard to validate that Runtz is Zkittlez x Gelato 😂😂 if I’m wrong then someone can correct me but I was around back that and that’s what I remember seeing lol

Who really cares anyway. Most of the landmark varieties from the 90’s and early 2000’s were created by ghost breeders and auctioned off to the highest bidder so they buyer could create their own cute origin story. The real creators had hungrier bank accounts than egos.

Hard to take any of it seriously. I’ve been a grower for so long and heard these types of stories too many times. It’s just static white noise any time I hear someone talk about how they created and popularized a cultivar.

Word on the streets is that Gas Station Willy Wonka actually created runtz

Runtz was so over hyped when I finally got to try it and few variations and crosses, it just don't slap how I want it to. Curb appeal was always on point but it lacks the punch I'm looking for.
