I really hate to say this, but coming from a family of teachers and administrators this is what you have to do. 1. Report issue to school. If not resolved CORRECTLY 2. Threaten legal action WHILE 3. Filing a police report. Sadly, that IS what it takes in many instances.

I’m taking this at face value and will say that as an educator I am appalled. The dad needs to place charges with the police. He needs to hire a lawyer. It’s educators like this that give all educators a bad name.
