We have identified three land parcels in Olievenhoutbosch that will be demarcated for use by registered South African informal traders. On 23 & 24 April 2026 our teams will be stationed at Olievenhoutbosch Community Hall to register informal traders and allocate trading space in the newly identified areas. We recently demolished illegal trading stands in Olievenhoutbosch as part of efforts to clean the area and rebuild the informal sector in accordance with the City’s Informal Trading and Township Economy By-Law.
