Absolutely no justification but she's clearly on drugs or having some other condition, you could tell esp by her reaction when the security guard tried to escort her out. I hope she gets the help she needs and comes back to the store sober to apologize for her awful comments.

This is the Elmwood Ave store. No excuse for this behavior, however there is no dearth of wildly antisocial ppl, likely unmedicated, in the community. I’ve had to intervene personally several times in 30 years with such folk.
