What are you guilty of?

One thing it is guilty of doing is not punishing incitement of genocide. Incitement of Genocide is illegal in Israel and is punishable under article III of Genocide Convention. Israel has been complicit in allowing it to happen and failing to punish it.

Talks for just two minutes but manages to trip himself up mightily at least twice: - He says that any other democracy would behave the same way, yet the example that comes to his mind is the siege and destruction of Mosul, which was waged by the West from a safe distance with disproportionate firepower in a foreign country they had recently occupied against a militant group they had helped to fund and arm, with a similar disregard for the safety of civilians shown by the IDF in Gaza. A more apt comparison, but not one that suited his purposes, was his own country’s response to IRA attacks in the 1970s–1990s. There were some atrocities like Bloody Sunday in Derry, but no carpet bombing of Dublin or West Belfast, no mass destruction of civil infrastructure, no random sniping of civilians. Wonder why? - He tacitly admits that what Israel is doing amounts to “colonialism and imperialism”, injustice and brutality. But that’s okay, because “normal” countries like Britain did the same in the past. He’s forgetting that most people around the world, and probably even a majority by now in Britain, abhor the crimes of colonialism and imperialism. These are not mere footnotes of history to be whitewashed with glib talk of villains and heroes and plucky little countries fighting “adversity” (yeah, because all those peoples the Brits oppressed, from the Irish to the Māori) were “adversaries”). A small island nation with ambitions to rule the world was anything but normal, even in the 19th century, but a dwarf state intent on dominating all around it in the 21st century is downright bizarre Freud, Einstein and Fromm were right in their predictions. Zionism has gutted the long and estimable tradition of Jewish humanism. Without this insane Zionist project to defend, Mr Simons would probably be a man of intelligence and integrity possessed of a reasonably sound moral compass. But the imperative to defend the indefensible has turned him into a fool. Worse than a mere propagandist like Kirby who lies because he’s well paid to. Simons is an apologist for genocide out of conviction. He has betrayed everything he wants to believe in. It may take a while for it to sink in with him, but eventually the truth must out, even for him. In the meantime he will keep the blinkers on tight and descend ever deeper into a moral and intellectual morass.

It's guilty of -Starving babies in NICU wards and leaving their bodies to decompose -Starving children -Inflicting disease on babies and children and then depriving them of medicine -Bombing children -Depriving the children they bomb of anaesthetic for amputations they need ...

Israel is in-fact guilty of illegal settlements in the West Bank that they use to ethnically cleanse the area through population replacement. They are in-fact guilty of apartheid because the areas in the West Bank that Israel constantly invade are not allowed to vote in their elections. They are guilty of systemic oppression and racism against the Palestinians. They are guilty of not respecting one single border surrounding them, because they just can’t help but take what doesn’t belong to them and then act like a victim. They are guilty of colluding illegally with foreign governments and running illegal charities that help people move to land that they don’t have sovereignty of. They are guilty of a far longer list than that and I hope they see Justice for every crime
