Video is day 3, but this is how I’ve been walking for 1 week after the stem cells. It is impossible to stand straight up - it feels like there is a rod in my lower back that can’t bend. Hopefully the 2nd week shows a bit more progress.

She moves before she thinks and acts before she explains — and that's exactly what makes her Megu. But there's more warmth in that movement than you'd expect. She's the first to show up when someone needs her, and she has her own way of making things a little cozier. Passionate is exactly the right word for her. Honestly, this might be an unpopular opinion, but I’ve always felt that, visually, WRC is far more impressive to watch than Formula 1. Thinking about it, it’s probably because it’s almost impossible to truly grasp what 6G of lateral force feels like for an F1 driver. Until 2003, the most extreme example was David Purley’s crash, where he survived an almost unimaginable deceleration of 179.8G, the highest ever recorded for a human at the time
