I don’t care how consistent Putin has been with his position on NATO. He doesn’t get to tell other countries who they can ally with or allow to use their land. As long as none of those countries are invading Russia, he has ZERO AUTHORITY. It’s called FREEDOM OF ASSOCIATION. I know that’s something a lot of people from countries with authoritarian and/or communist dictatorships either now or in their recent past aren’t super familiar with but, it is one of the most basic freedoms.
